Daniel joined Arkin Furrow Estate Law as an associate in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Daniel gained extensive experience in trust and estate litigation at a leading trust, estate and capacity litigation firm. Daniel has a specific interest in assisting estate trustees with navigating the complexities of administering an estate during litigation. His focus on dispute resolution helps his clients achieve their desired results while limiting the high cost of litigation.
Before being called to the Ontario Bar, Daniel worked for a leading Cayman Islands based firm providing trust administration and fiduciary services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and asset managers.
Originally from Montreal, Daniel is fluent in English and French. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cycling, and skiing.
