Brian Han<

Before joining Arkin Furrow Estate Law, Brian practiced broadly in the areas of civil, commercial, construction, and employment litigation, with a particular focus on construction disputes.

While practicing as a lawyer, Brian developed a strong personal interest in estate litigation. As time went on, he knew that it was what he wanted to do professionally and joined Arkin Furrow Estate Law to help those needing representation in estate, trust, guardianship, and power of attorney disputes.

Brian graduated with a J.D./M.B.A. from the joint program at Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business. During law school, he worked for two summers at the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Before attending law school, Brian graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from University of Toronto with a specialist in English Literature and a major in French Language & Literature.

Brian also had a previous career working in the mortgage industry at some of Canada’s major banks.

In his free time, Brian enjoys working out, being outdoors, revisiting old movies and music, and reading about the world.
