Ashley Seely<

Ashley joined Arkin Furrow as an associate in 2024. Prior to this, Ashley worked on complex litigation, and now uses the skills she developed to navigate the multifaceted challenges of estate litigation.

Ashley completed her law degree at the University of Ottawa where she graduated cum laude and was selected as a Dean’s Fellow. As a law student, Ashley worked as a teaching assistant, was an active mentor, and was co-chair of the University of Ottawa Association of Women and Law. Ashley also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology where she focused on the psychology and sociology of law.

Building off of her undergraduate studies in psychology, Ashley conducted research focused on therapeutic jurisprudence. This unique blend of legal education and psychological insight has been instrumental in her approach to her practice, enabling her to empathetically help her clients navigate the court process.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys competitive cooking, spending time in her pottery studio, and adventuring with her family, friends, and her two mischievous cats.
